Runningback Ryan Moats for the Houston Texans was prevented from seeing his mother dying in the hospital by the Dallas Police Department.

IPL moves out of India BCCI blames govt
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday decided to hold the second season of the Twenty20 Indian Premier League IPL outside India. The host country will be decided in two or three days.
